​MUN UNISABANA 

 

 

 

It is a pleasure and honor for us, Tilman Jundt and Juan David Villafrade, to be presiding the European Committee, and therefore, we extend to you delegates a warm welcome to MUN UNISABANA. Personally, we strongly thank the MUN since this academic event has represented a life changing experience for us, where we have not only developed an overabundance of abilities and skills, but also, where we have met incredible people with outstanding ideas. Therefore, we expect that this version will also be rewarding, with an enriching debate and fully prepared delegates.

 

As citizens of the world it is our duty to our people to start understanding the social flagellums that are presented in our society daily. Therefore, it is necessary to bring up and discuss innovating proposals or solutions that will help change the status quo of the European social, political and economic issues. That way, we can contribute to make this world a better place to live, where people are guided not by their individual interests, but by the ones that are held generally.

 

It is your duty as delegates and committee to discuss, evaluate and define policies and solutions in consensus, to solve the problems that the committee will be discussing; to prove and fight in a diplomatic way for the countries’ ideals, and finally state a resolution. Moreover, we invite you to prepare yourself, to study and learn about the country you will be representing, to show your skills, and feel like home in MUN UNISABANA. Finally, we would like to challenge each one of you to make the commission one of the most impressive ones, but that can only be achieved if each delegate is committed with the task we have already mentioned.
